Previous Thoughs on Tumblr
” I hate Tumblr . . “
” Oh ——— . . you are so silly , you cant hate a website .”
Ah , but I can . . I honestly think that such a website should have never been created . .
Brainwash I say , but it’s so beautifully disguised .
It changes people , you know ? Their minds completely altered and reprogrammed to be like everyone else .
It makes people thieves . . the worst kind . . the ones that steal others ideas .
It makes people robots . . ones without their own thoughts or feelings .
It makes people . . boring . .
I’ve heard it all , I’ve seen it all , I’ve experienced it all . .
every so once in awhile someone surprises me
and comes up with something new . . something “original” . .
To soon though it is eaten up , and everyone seems to claim it as their own .
and you see it everywhere . . peoples facebooks , others journals , different blogs . .
something so unique and so pure is turned into a manufactured joke .
Bringing people together in all the wrong ways .
A sick uniformity , so fake . . so bland . .
I guess I cant only blame tumblr though . . you see
its all around us , but its corrupting at an early age .
Just look around you and compare : movies , clothes , music , art , everything .
It’s all meaningless because its already been done . .
Where is this generation going ? No where I tell you !
We will be stuck in this mindset forever , maybe ever so once in awhile inching forward .
But what hope is there for us ?
When all everyone is doing is waiting . .
waiting for someone else to do the thinking ?
